Medellín Coffee Tour
An urban coffee farm reached by cable car, the La Sierra neighborhood and the full handmade process

It starts right downtown, at the San Antonio Metro station, and in less than an hour it puts you among more than 180,000 coffee plants with a panoramic view over the city.
Getting there is part of the experience: metro, tram and cable car up to Villa Sierra. We walk through the La Sierra neighborhood and climb to the farmhouse, where you’ll see the whole process done by hand: picking, washing, drying, roasting and brewing.
La Sierra was one of the neighborhoods hit hardest by the city’s violence; today its residents grow coffee on the mountain. If you want the full story, combine it with the City of Contrasts tour.
